Summit 2026 – Ticket Refund & Cancellation Policy

Add-on refunds require advance notice due to catering commitments.


How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [morgan@symbolicworldpress.com] with subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Name]”
  2. Include your order confirmation number
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for processing
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Ticket Transfers

Tickets are non-transferable. Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or assigned to another person. Each ticket is issued to the named purchaser and valid ID may be required at check-in.

If you can no longer attend, you may request a refund per the schedule above.


Event Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that Summit 2026 is cancelled by the organizers:

  • Full refund of ticket purchase price will be issued to all ticket holders
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation announcement
  • Travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the attendee and will not be reimbursed

We strongly recommend purchasing refundable travel arrangements and travel insurance.


Event Postponement

If Summit 2026 is postponed to a later date:

  • All tickets will be automatically valid for the rescheduled date
  • Attendees who cannot attend the new date may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement
  • Postponement refunds will be processed at 75% of purchase price

Exceptions

Medical Emergencies

In cases of documented medical emergency (hospitalization, serious illness), we may offer:

  • Credit toward a future Symbolic World event, OR
  • Partial refund at organizer discretion

Documentation required. Contact us as soon as possible.

Force Majeure

If you are prevented from attending due to circumstances beyond your control (natural disaster, government travel ban, etc.), contact us to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.


Important Notes

  • Processing fees charged by TicketTailor are non-refundable
  • Early bird discounts – Refunds are calculated based on the actual price paid, not full price
  • Partial attendance – No refunds for attending only part of the event
  • No-shows – Failure to attend without prior cancellation request forfeits all refund eligibility
